Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Commercial Leasing — Vancouver

Senior partner opportunity with a well-established, full-service Canadian firm seeking to grow its Real Estate and Commercial Leasing practice in Vancouver. The role also offers cross-practice work supporting capital markets, private equity and broader commercial transactions.

The firm prefers candidates with a strong, portable client base and is open to team hires or senior partners making a strategic later move. Initial admission is as a non-capital partner with eligibility for capital partnership after one year; typical buy-in is approximately CAD 500K (scaled to book size).

• Portable book of business of CAD 2M+ (CAD)
• Established partner-level experience in real estate and commercial leasing, with transactional expertise
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships across capital markets and private equity matters
• Comfort joining as a non-capital partner with a path to capital partnership
