Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction — Albany

Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Albany office and lead real estate and construction matters for a diverse client base. The role involves originating work, advising on transactional and construction-related disputes, and developing business across the region.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, supervising matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and coordinating with colleagues across practice groups. This is an opportunity to shape a growing practice within a full-service platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in real estate and construction law
• Admitted to practice in New York (or able to waive/qualify)
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships
