- Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions
- Proven track record advising on leasing, development, construction contracts and related financings
- Sector experience in healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics or resort development
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and originate new client work
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
