The role will involve originating and leading complex restructurings and distressed financings, cultivating lender and sponsor relationships, and mentoring junior team members within a busy Boston office.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven track record in high-yield, distressed-debt and chapter 11 restructurings
- Significant experience representing lenders, sponsors or debtors in complex financings and restructurings
- Demonstrated client origination and practice-building ability; leadership and team management experience
