Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Charlotte

Senior real estate partner hire to lead and grow a multi-discipline practice in Charlotte. The role will handle leasing, construction, and development matters across sectors including healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and resort development, as well as finance-related real estate work.

The successful candidate will advise on complex transactions, manage deal teams, and help build client relationships across the region. This is an opportunity to shape a busy, cross-practice group and work on high-value, market-facing matters.

• Established partner-level experience in real estate, construction and related sectors (healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics, resort development)
• Proven track record managing complex leasing, development and construction matters and coordinating cross-practice teams
• Demonstrated client development and origination skills
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
