The role will lead deal teams, manage client relationships and guide cross-practice matters tied to leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development.

Ideal candidate will have a strong transactional background, experience advising on construction contracts and project delivery, and comfort working on financings and sector-specific matters in healthcare and energy. The position requires active involvement in business development and mentoring more junior lawyers.

Significant partner-level transactional experience in real estate and construction matters
Proven experience on healthcare and renewable energy-related real estate projects
Track record of leading deal teams and mentoring lawyers
Strong business development skills and client relationship management
Bar admission or eligibility to practice in Illinois
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
