Partner, Real Estate — Chicago

Established regional law firm is seeking a senior real estate partner to join its Chicago office and help lead and grow a market-facing transactional real estate practice. The role will involve leading complex acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and development matters and advising corporate and institutional clients across the real estate lifecycle.

The successful candidate will manage deal teams, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups to win and deliver work. This is an opportunity to build a prominent practice within a well-regarded regional firm with a strong Midwest presence.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level transactional real estate experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and development matters
• Demonstrated business development and client-management track record
• Experience supervising associates and working collaboratively across teams
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
