Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction — Dallas

Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction practice in the Dallas office of a major national law firm. The role will be client-facing and commercial, handling complex real estate transactions, construction matters and related counseling for corporate and developer clients.

The successful candidate will build and manage a team, originate and deepen client relationships, and work across the firm’s national platform on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters as needed. This is a strategic role for a rainmaker who combines technical excellence with business development acumen.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in real estate transactions and construction matters, including project documentation and dispute avoidance strategies
• Proven business development and client relationship management skills
• Experience leading teams and mentoring senior associates
