Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Dallas

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Dallas real estate and construction practice. The role will focus on originating and leading matters across commercial real estate, development and construction-related work for sophisticated clients.

The successful candidate will help grow and manage a regional team, cultivate client relationships, and work collaboratively with national practice groups. This is an opportunity to take a visible leadership role within a broad platform while remaining based in Dallas.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills
• Admissions and ability to practise in Texas (or eligible to transfer)
