The successful candidate will help grow and manage a regional team, cultivate client relationships, and work collaboratively with national practice groups. This is an opportunity to take a visible leadership role within a broad platform while remaining based in Dallas.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters
Proven client origination and relationship-management skills
Admissions and ability to practise in Texas (or eligible to transfer)
