Senior real estate partner opportunity at a leading international law firm with a broad transactional practice in Dallas. The role will focus on leasing and development matters across industrial/logistics, healthcare-related real estate, renewable energy projects and finance-related transactions.

The successful candidate will join a multi-discipline team handling complex acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing work for institutional and corporate clients. This is a business-development role that combines client-facing deal leadership with mentoring fee-earners.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions, with significant work in leasing, development and finance.
Demonstrable experience handling healthcare real estate, industrial/logistics and renewable energy-related real estate matters.
Proven ability to originate and lead complex transactions and to mentor junior lawyers.
Active JD and state bar admission.
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
