Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction — Denver

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy real estate and construction practice in Denver. The role will combine client relationship development, originating work, and senior-level matter management across transactional and construction-related matters.

The team advises owners, developers, lenders and contractors on a range of real estate and construction matters. This is an opportunity to lead and grow a regional practice group, mentor associates, and work on high-value, complex engagements.

Open to candidates nationwide; the hiring team is particularly interested in partners who can bring established client relationships and a demonstrable track record of business origination.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law
• Strong origination and client-management skills; ability to lead teams and develop business in the region
