Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a multidisciplinary real estate and construction practice in the Kansas City office. The role will handle leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development matters, with significant exposure to healthcare, renewable energy and finance-related transactions.

The successful candidate will join a team advising institutional and corporate clients across complex development, project and financing matters. The position calls for a strategic, business-focused partner able to originate and manage cross-practice workstreams.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record in real estate and construction transactions, including leasing and development
Experience advising on healthcare, renewable energy and finance-related real estate matters
Ability to originate business and manage senior client relationships
