Seeking a partner to join and grow a busy real estate and construction practice in Kansas City. The role focuses on handling sophisticated matters across real estate and construction law for a diverse client base, with responsibility for leading engagements and advising on complex transactions and disputes.

This is an opportunity to join an established, nationally connected firm and to build market presence in the region. The team serves institutional and private clients on a range of matters related to development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and construction-related issues.

The firm is looking for a senior lawyer who can lead client relationships, originate new business, and help drive practice growth locally.
