Established national law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its real estate and construction litigation practice in the Atlanta office. The role combines hands-on litigation, client counseling on construction-related disputes, and management of complex commercial matters.

You will manage a docket of high-stakes construction and commercial litigation matters, supervise associates, and coordinate with cross-practice teams on related real estate issues. Significant courtroom and trial experience will be valued.

The position has a strong emphasis on client development: you will be expected to deepen existing relationships and originate new business to expand the practice locally and regionally.

Established partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation
Proven trial and courtroom experience handling complex commercial disputes
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor associates and support staff
Strong business development and client relationship record
Bar admission in the relevant state or eligibility for admission
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
