Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation — Westchester

Leading national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to develop and lead its real estate and construction litigation practice in Westchester. The role focuses on handling complex construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and risk management matters for institutional and private clients.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with transactional and regulatory colleagues, and be expected to drive business development while managing high‑value matters through trial and alternative dispute resolution.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
• Strong trial and ADR experience; courtroom presence and case management skills
• Proven business development capability and client relationship management
• Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in New York
