Partner — Employment & Labor / Litigation, Westchester

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor and Litigation teams in the Westchester office. The role will lead client-facing matters, manage a team of associates, and help grow a sophisticated employment litigation practice.

The successful candidate will handle a mix of counseling and contentious work across traditional employment-law disputes, internal investigations, and preventive compliance advisory. This is an opportunity to take ownership of matters and expand client relationships within a busy regional practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of leading employment litigation and counseling matters
• Ability to manage and develop associates and contribute to business development
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and substantial client relationships
