Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation, Williamsburg

Established law firm seeks a senior partner to lead and expand its construction and real estate litigation practice in the Williamsburg office. The role combines case leadership, client relationship management, and business development across commercial construction and property disputes.

Successful candidates will take ownership of high‑value litigation matters, mentor and manage associates, and work closely with cross‑practice teams on related transactional and regulatory issues. The appointment offers a platform to build a regional practice while handling trial and arbitration matters.
