The role will cover leasing, industrial/logistics projects, resort development and related financings, with regular collaboration on healthcare and renewable energy matters.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level background in commercial real estate and construction transactions, including leasing and development
Experience on financings and cross-practice matters involving healthcare and renewable energy projects
Proven record of client origination, team leadership, and senior deal execution
