Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Los Angeles

Experienced Real Estate partner sought to lead and grow a cross-disciplinary Real Estate and Construction practice in Los Angeles. The role will cover leasing, industrial/logistics projects, resort development and related financings, with regular collaboration on healthcare and renewable energy matters.

Successful candidates will take a visible client-facing role, manage deal teams, and develop new business across the regional market. This is an opportunity to shape a broad transactional practice that intersects real estate development, project finance and sector-focused work in healthcare and energy.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level background in commercial real estate and construction transactions, including leasing and development
• Experience on financings and cross-practice matters involving healthcare and renewable energy projects
• Proven record of client origination, team leadership, and senior deal execution
