Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Real Estate and Construction practice in Nashville. The role will advise developers, owners and contractors on transactional and construction matters, lead complex projects, and work across the firm s industry groups.

The partner will manage and mentor a team of attorneys, drive client relationships, and contribute to origination and practice strategy. The search is open to candidates nationwide.

Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, including transactional and/or construction disputes
Track record of business development and client relationship management
Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers and support staff; strong leadership and communication skills
