Senior partner role joining a multi-discipline real estate team in Nashville. The position focuses on leasing, transactional real estate, construction-related matters and projects across healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and resort development.

Successful candidates will lead client engagements, originate new business and work closely with finance and banking colleagues on project and acquisition financings. The role offers an opportunity to build and manage a broad regional practice while collaborating with a national team.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive transactional experience in real estate and construction, including leasing and project work
• Experience advising on healthcare and renewable energy-related real estate matters
• Proven ability to originate business and lead client relationships
