Lateral Partner  Real Estate & Construction  Providence

Established, full-service law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its Real Estate and Construction practice in the Providence office. The role focuses on originating and managing transactional and advisory work across property development, construction contracting and related commercial real estate matters.

The partner will work closely with regional teams to cross-sell services, supervise associates, and build a sustained pipeline of client work. The firm values candidates with demonstrable business development success and a collaborative approach to client service.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, with a track record of originating and closing transactions
• Strong client development and relationship-management skills
• Experience supervising associates and collaborating across practice groups
