Real Estate & Construction Partner — Providence

Leading practice seeking a partner to join a Real Estate and Construction group in Providence. The role will focus on transactional work, project development, and construction-related matters across commercial and institutional real estate.

The team advises owners, developers, lenders and contractors on a range of matters from acquisitions and dispositions to construction contracts, permitting and risk allocation. This is an opportunity to join an established platform with cross-practice support and national client reach.

• Significant partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, including transactional and construction contracting matters
• Proven business development skills and ability to originate and grow client relationships
• Admitted to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) or eligible for admission
• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
