- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Significant partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, including leasing and development
- Track record advising on projects in healthcare, renewable energy and industrial/logistics sectors
- Bar admission in California or eligibility to transfer/obtain admission
