Senior litigation partner role in a well-established firm’s San Francisco office, focused on commercial and technology-related disputes with a meaningful real estate component. The position will lead high‑value matters across technology, life sciences and commercial real estate sectors, and will work with institutional and corporate clients.

The role combines client relationship leadership, origination, and matter management. The successful candidate will join a team handling complex litigation and regulatory matters and will have significant responsibility for developing business across Northern California and Silicon Valley.

Proven track record as a litigation partner handling commercial disputes, technology-related matters and real estate litigation.
Demonstrable origination and client development experience in the tech, life sciences or real estate sectors.
Experience managing and mentoring associate teams and coordinating multi‑disciplinary matters.
Admission to the California bar (or ability to obtain).
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
