Senior partner hire to lead and expand a busy real estate and construction practice in the Seattle market. The role focuses on advising developers, owners, lenders and contractors on transactional and project-related matters, driving business development and overseeing deal execution.

The position will lead a team of lawyers, cultivate client relationships, and participate in strategic growth initiatives for the practice.
