Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Seattle

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a busy real estate and construction practice in the Seattle market. The role focuses on advising developers, owners, lenders and contractors on transactional and project-related matters, driving business development and overseeing deal execution.

The position will lead a team of lawyers, cultivate client relationships, and participate in strategic growth initiatives for the practice. The firm is seeking a partner-practitioner who combines technical strength in real estate and construction matters with demonstrable ability to originate and grow client work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Deep experience advising on commercial real estate and construction matters (transactions, project delivery, contract negotiation and risk management)
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills
• Admissions and standing to practise in the relevant US jurisdiction
