Senior transactional partner sought for a broad Real Estate and Construction practice in Seattle. The role will lead complex leasing, development and construction matters across sectors including healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and resort development.

Ideal candidate will advise owners, developers, lenders and sponsors on finance-related real estate matters, large-scale developments and project work. This is a partner-level leadership role with responsibility for client development and practice growth.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Extensive transactional experience in leasing, development and construction matters
Proven track record advising on healthcare, renewable energy or industrial projects
Experience working with lenders, sponsors and institutional clients
Strong business development and team leadership skills; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
