Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction — Sioux Falls

Senior real estate partner role in a well-established national firm seeking a leader to develop and lead practice in Sioux Falls. The role combines commercial real estate (including land/dirt matters) and construction work, with opportunities to advise on related estate planning matters for owner clients.

The successful candidate will split time between client work and business development, building local market share and mentoring junior lawyers. This is a hands-on partnership role with a focus on client relationships and practice growth in the region.

• Significant experience in commercial real estate and construction matters; experience with land/"dirt" transactions preferred
• Track record of client development and practice leadership
• Admitted (or able to obtain admission) in the relevant state and able to practice in the Sioux Falls market
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
