Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Southern Illinois

Senior commercial litigator sought to lead and expand a regional Real Estate and Construction practice. The role focuses on construction dispute resolution, contract litigation, and related real estate matters for a busy Midwest practice group.

This is a partner-level position with responsibility for case management, courtroom advocacy, and developing business across the region. The successful candidate will join an established team handling contested matters across the construction lifecycle.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in construction litigation and real estate disputes
• Proven trial and arbitration experience and strong courtroom presence
• Demonstrated business development and client relationship track record in the region
• Bar admission and ability to practice in Illinois (or ability to obtain admission)
