The position centers on defending healthcare matters (including FCA defense and managed-care litigation) and handling complex business litigation involving AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues. The role combines courtroom experience with client development and practice leadership responsibilities.
- Significant trial and appellate litigation experience in healthcare and technology-related disputes
- Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships; experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers
- Bar admission in Florida (or ability to obtain) and excellent litigation writing and advocacy skills
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
