This is a senior role with responsibility for leading transactions, managing client relationships and developing a fee-earning team in Madrid. The office has significant demand for additional senior coverage in real estate finance.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven record of leading real estate finance transactions and originating business
- Admitted to practice in Spain (or qualified for admission) with substantial Spanish market experience
- Fluent Spanish and strong English for cross-border work
