Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Madrid

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a cross-border real estate and construction practice from the Madrid office of a leading international law firm. The role focuses on advising international and domestic clients on complex transactions, project work and construction-related matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The practice requires a commercially minded leader able to originate and manage high-value mandates, work collaboratively with teams across Europe and globally, and strengthen an established client base. This is a hands-on role combining client development, deal execution and team leadership.

• Portable book of business of £2M+ (GBP)
• Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, including project and transactional work
• Track record of advising international clients and originating cross-border mandates
• Fluent English and strong Spanish legal market knowledge; admitted to practice in Spain or equivalent EU qualification desirable
