Lateral Partner — Real Estate — Montreal

Leading international law firm is seeking a partner-level real estate lawyer to join its Montreal team. The role is focused on originating and leading commercial real estate transactions and advising institutional and corporate clients across the full real estate lifecycle.

There is flexibility for a candidate who can either bring an established book of business or develop new work in areas not currently covered by the existing team. The firm is open to an individual partner hire or a team move and offers a national platform to grow client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M - $3M (USD)
• Proven experience leading commercial real estate transactions
• Track record of originating and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively on a national platform and support business development
