Lateral Partner, Bankruptcy & Restructuring — Los Angeles

Seeking a partner to expand a growing Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice in the Los Angeles office. The role focuses on bankruptcy litigation, insolvency matters and restructuring work, with a mix of contentious and transactional engagements.

Ideal candidate will lead complex chapter proceedings and contested matters, develop client relationships, and help build a regional practice team. This is a growth-oriented hire with significant opportunity to originate work and shape the practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of leading bankruptcy litigation and restructuring matters
• Strong trial and contested-advice experience in insolvency proceedings
• Demonstrated business development and team leadership skills
