Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow a busy restructuring and bankruptcy practice in Philadelphia. The role focuses on advising corporate clients on complex restructurings, chapter 11 cases and debtor/creditor matters, working with cross‑functional deal teams across corporate and insolvency matters.

The team seeks an experienced, client‑facing partner who can originate and manage high‑value mandates, mentor associates, and collaborate with colleagues across practices and jurisdictions to deliver pragmatic restructuring solutions.
