Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Bankruptcy, San Francisco

Senior transactional partner role for an established Restructuring and Bankruptcy practice based in San Francisco. The hire will lead high‑stakes insolvency and corporate restructuring matters, advise debtors, creditors and stakeholders, and expand the practice s regional footprint.

The role requires a visible market presence, experience managing cross‑disciplinary deal teams, and the ability to originate and grow client relationships. There is strong internal support for business development and team building.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner‑level experience in debtor/creditor restructurings and insolvency proceedings
• Track record of originating and closing complex corporate restructuring matters
• Bar admission in California and strong courtroom or negotiation experience
