Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Insolvency — Dusseldorf

Senior partner-level opening for a restructuring and insolvency practice based in Dusseldorf. The role will lead and develop cross-border insolvency and turnaround mandates, advise lenders and corporates on distressed situations, and build a market-facing practice within the office.

The team handles complex restructurings across industries and works closely with finance, litigation and tax specialists. The firm is seeking an experienced partner who can drive new business, mentor senior associates and represent clients on high-value insolvency matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in restructuring and insolvency
• Established relationships with lenders, creditors or corporate restructuring clients
• Fluency in German and strong English legal drafting and oral advocacy skills
