Lateral Partner t Corporate t Washington, D.C.

Established international law firm seeks a senior corporate partner to join its Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on leading and expanding a market-facing corporate and M&A practice, advising strategic and financial clients on complex transactions and governance matters.

The successful candidate will lead deal teams, manage client relationships, and drive new business across transactional and corporate governance matters. This is a high-visibility role with responsibility for originating work and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Proven partner-level M&A and transactional practice experience
• Strong corporate governance and board advisory experience
