Lateral Partner — Tax — Dallas

National law firm is seeking a tax partner to join its Dallas practice. The role will focus on delivering sophisticated federal, state and transactional tax advice to corporate and private equity clients across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will join an established team advising on complex tax planning, structuring and controversy matters and will have the opportunity to build and lead client relationships within the office and nationally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level tax practice with experience advising corporate and transactional clients
• Strong technical tax skills and client development record
