Partner, Tax — Dallas

Senior tax partner role in a major US law firm seeking a market-leading practitioner to grow and lead a tax practice in the Dallas office. The role involves advising corporates, private equity clients and high-net-worth individuals on domestic and cross-border tax planning, controversy and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to originate and develop client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practices on deal and tax controversy work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established tax partner with proven client origination and leadership experience
• Deep technical knowledge of corporate and transactional tax matters, including cross-border planning and tax controversy
• Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and able to work from the Dallas office
