Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow an energy tax practice in Houston. The role focuses on providing sophisticated federal and state tax advice to energy clients across transactional, regulatory and operational matters.

The position combines client relationship leadership, business development and mentoring of tax lawyers. The successful candidate will work with cross-disciplinary deal teams on high-value energy matters and contribute to practice strategy and growth.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in energy tax matters
• Proven client development and team leadership skills
• Admitted to practice in Texas or eligible for admission
