Lateral Partner, Tax & Energy — Orange County

Senior tax partner opportunity focused on energy matters based in Orange County. The role will lead and grow a market-facing energy tax practice, advising sponsors, developers and investors on transactional and tax-structuring issues across the energy sector.

You'll join a well-established practice team with responsibility for originating work, supervising associates, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver client-focused solutions on complex tax matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in energy tax and transactional tax planning
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
• Bar admission or eligibility to practice in California
