Partner, Tax — Orange County (Irvine)

Leading national law firm is seeking a tax partner to join its Orange County (Irvine) office. The role focuses on advising corporations, private equity clients, and high-net-worth individuals on federal and state tax planning, transactional tax matters, and tax controversy work.

The successful candidate will have an established client base, demonstrable business development skills, and the ability to steward and grow tax relationships in the region. This is a client-facing leadership role with opportunities to shape practice strategy and mentor junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level tax practice with significant transactional and/or controversy experience
• Strong business development and client relationship track record
• Active California bar admission (or ability to obtain)
