Highly regarded international law firm is seeking a partner to lead and expand its tax and estate planning practice in the Austin office. The role focuses on delivering sophisticated tax, wealth transfer, and estate planning advice to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses.

The successful candidate will have a client-facing practice, take a leadership role within a growing team, and partner with transactional and trusts & estates colleagues across the firm. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, develop business, and work on complex, high-value matters in a collaborative platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level tax and estate planning practice with proven client relationships
• Admission to practice in the relevant state(s) and strong technical tax credentials
• Track record of business development and ability to work collaboratively across practice groups
