Lateral Partner, Tax & Litigation — Boston

Seeking an experienced partner to lead and expand a tax litigation practice in Boston. The role focuses on representing clients in tax controversies and disputes at state and federal levels and supervising a team of litigators.

Ideal candidate will combine deep substantive tax controversy experience with a proven ability to win and manage matters and develop client relationships. This is a senior leadership role with significant client-facing and business-development responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established tax controversy and litigation experience at partner level
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships
• Strong trial and appellate advocacy skills; experience supervising teams
• Active bar admission in Massachusetts or willingness to obtain admission
