Lateral Partner — Tax & Litigation — Milwaukee

Seeking a senior lawyer to join a national litigation practice and lead tax-related dispute work from the Milwaukee office. The role combines trial and appellate litigation, client counselling on tax controversies, and oversight of case strategy across state and federal forums.

The hire will take responsibility for managing a team of litigators, expanding client relationships, and contributing to business development efforts. This is an opportunity to shape a growing practice within a large, national firm platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admission to practice and in good standing; active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain one
• Demonstrable experience handling tax controversies and related litigation in state and federal courts
• Proven trial and/or appellate advocacy, team leadership, and client development skills
