Lateral Partner — Tax & Litigation — Portland

Leading national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Portland office to lead and grow an established tax litigation practice. The role will involve handling contentious tax matters across federal and state forums and providing strategic counsel on tax risk and dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in managing and developing client relationships, supervising litigation teams, and collaborating with tax and litigation colleagues across offices. This is an opportunity to shape a busy practice within a broad platform and a varied client base.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in tax controversy and litigation
• Proven trial and/or appellate advocacy skills and courtroom experience
• Admitted to practice in the relevant state bar; able to practice in Oregon
