Lateral Partner, Tax & Litigation — St. Louis

Seeking a senior transactional and litigation partner to join a busy St. Louis office to lead and grow a tax-contested and tax-planning practice. The role combines courtroom and controversy work with sophisticated tax advisory and dispute-resolution matters for corporate and high-net-worth clients.

The successful candidate will run matters, supervise litigation and tax teams, and drive business development across the region. This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established practice area and expand client relationships within a broad national platform.

• Proven partner-level experience in tax controversy, tax litigation and related advisory work
• Strong track record of originating and developing client relationships; demonstrable business development skills
• Experience managing and mentoring teams of associates and staff on contested matters
• Bar admission in applicable state(s) and relevant federal tax litigation experience
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
