Lateral Partner — Tax — Los Angeles

Leading national law firm seeks a tax partner to join its Los Angeles tax practice. The role will focus on advising corporate and high-net-worth clients on federal and state tax matters across transactional, planning and controversy workstreams.

The partner will take a senior role in originating and expanding tax engagements, collaborate with cross-office teams, and mentor associates and senior tax counsel. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with national platform and client base.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established experience in corporate and transactional tax planning and controversy
• Proven business development track record and experience leading client teams
