Tax Partner — Los Angeles

Leading national law firm seeks an experienced Tax Partner to join its Los Angeles office. The role involves leading client engagements across federal, state and transactional tax matters and developing long-term client relationships with corporations and private equity-backed businesses.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative tax team that handles cross-office matters and offers opportunities to expand a personal client base while working closely with corporate, finance and private client practices.

• Proven track record as a partner-level tax lawyer with significant transactional and/or controversy experience
• Bar admission in California and active standing
• Strong business development skills and demonstrable client origination
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
