Lateral Partner, Tax — San Diego

Leading national law firm is seeking a senior tax partner to join its San Diego tax practice. The role focuses on advising corporations, private equity clients and high-net-worth individuals on complex federal and state tax matters, tax planning and transactional tax work.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to grow and lead client engagements, contribute to firm-wide tax strategy, and mentor senior associates. This is an opportunity to shape and expand a regional tax platform within a large, multi-practice firm.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level tax practice with demonstrable client relationships
